Do you ship to my country?

We ship globally, with the exception of several countries. If you are unable to locate your country for shipping at checkout, please contact us at sales@jwwatches.com and we will see if we can work something out just for you.

How long does shipping take?

International orders may take anywhere between 7 – 28 days for Economy option.

DHL International Priority takes 3 – 7 working days, depending on location.

Depending on a region’s local customs and postal service, some customers may experience extended shipping lead time of up to 2 months.

The above does not take into account watch assembly and build lead times for custom watch orders, and products that are on backorder.

Given the current global pandemic, international supply chain and logistics are experiencing delays inevitably. We seek your patience if your orders are taking longer than expected.

Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?

We do not charge taxes and only receive your payment for your purchase on our site. Depending on your country’s custom regulations, you might be subjected to tax charges in relation to your order’s total. Any such additional taxes and duties will be payable by you.

Can I return my order for a refund?

If you would like to return a product for refund, we apologize that your purchase did not work out for you. Please write to us at sales@jwwatches.com indicating your order number to initiate a returns process.

As much as we would like to, we are unequipped to cover shipping costs for returns, because we prefer to maximize your dollar by keeping prices real affordable.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund in the form of online store credits. Any original shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable.
